As an international gaming platform, jkwin may process personal data in jurisdictions outside of Malaysia. Where jkwin becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, that Account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be securely deleted, and any funds will be processed in accordance with jkwin's licensing obligations. If you believe an underage individual has registered an Account, please notify jkwin support immediately.

12.2 Opt-Out. Players may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating their communication preferences within the Account Settings page, or by notifying jkwin support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect jkwin's ability to send service-related communications (such as account notifications, security alerts, and regulatory disclosures).

Where material changes are made, jkwin will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
